Self Adhesive Labels (PSL)

A self adhesive label consists of a front material, an adhesive and a release liner. This type of label when applied on a surface it will adhere to it.

Generally, this type of labels is served in reels.

Self-adhesive labels can be manufactured with various types of materials. The most used are coated and uncoated papers, thermal papers, polyethylene.

Various printing techniques are also used to make them: offset, screen printing, flexography, typography, stamping, etc.

Although their cost is relatively higher than that of WGL, they offer the practical benefit of easier application, either by manual or automated systems. Another added advantage is the application to containers of various materials thanks to their gumming.

Combining different materials with different printing techniques and processes, it is possible to obtain a wide variety of labels, ranging from basic self-adhesive labels to self-adhesive labels with high added value.
